Profile

WINadvokaterlaw firm, as it is known today, was established by the lawyer C.C. Jørgensen in 1985. It has always been domiciled in Greve – from 1990 in 600 m2 of bright offices in the town centre.

It was called Advokaterne C.C. Jørgensen & M. Winsløv for many years before taking the name WINadvokater in 2017.

After C.C. Jørgensen sold his share of the firm on 1 January 2013, the lawyers Morten Winsløv and Allan Schouw-Petersen became its managing owners.

The firm has strong local roots, but we also provide legal advice to many businesses and private individuals outside Greve Municipality.

Our ties to the local community are reflected in the various types of voluntary work our lawyers do in commercial organisations, in connection with sports and cultural activities, and in a number of professional networks.

WINadvokater has chosen to focus on certain types of cases and opt out of others in order to build up expertise in the areas described on the other pages of this site. We can refer any case we don’t deal with directly to a colleague we know can handle the case based on the same principles we work from.

WINadvokater has steadily grown over the years. We aim to grow even larger and hire more staff, but as opposed to most other law firms, we have chosen to focus on organic growth rather than merging with others, since we want to retain our core values:

Availability
Clients should be able to contact us when they need to.

Professionalism
We want to provide the best possible advice to our clients.

Promptness
We do not wish to be known for dragging our feet.

Friendliness
We want our clients to feel welcome, and it is important to us to maintain a pleasant atmosphere and humorous tone in the office.

WINadvokater’s most important resource is its employees. We place great importance on continuing education and keeping our employees’ knowledge up to date, so that everyone in the office can deal independently with any enquiry.

For this reason we believe we are entitled to refer to our legal secretaries as legal caseworkers, since they are able to take initiative and assist clients based on their various areas of specialisation.

WINadvokater’s strategy is to train all staff as paralegals and maintain the highest possible level of education.
